In 2011, during a media internship in Michigan, USA, Miss Chinka had the remarkable opportunity to interview Emmy-award-winning journalist, Michael Voris, for her feature titled Electronic Apostles. The experience allowed her to gain firsthand insights into professional journalism and storytelling. It also inspired her to explore the intersection of media and meaningful, impactful narratives.

Digma ng Buhay
In 2018, Miss Chinka co-anchored the weekly show, Digma ng Buhay on Radyo Veritas, alongside media personality and Pro-Life advocate the late Ansel Beluso. The program, recognized for its impactful pro-life and family-centered content, received the 2018 St. John Paul II Award at the Catholic New Evangelization Media Awards.

The workshop, titled End-of-Life Counter Culture, focused on defending the dignity of every human life, drawing from a position paper authored by Miss Chinka herself. It addressed the challenges of today’s end-of-life culture and called participants to courageously uphold and protect the sacred gift of life. Attendees were encouraged to go against the societal current, embracing a Christ-centered approach to honoring life at every stage.
